I have been in the Fire Protection and Low Voltage industry for 30 years. Through my career, my primary roles have varied from install/service tech, to PM/Sr. PM, to Contractor. From tenant builds to multi-scope high-rise new construction, I have done everything from pulling cable, programming, estimating, procurement, inspections, to financial management, and maintaining client relationships. I have lived through the pain of trying to manage workflows in environments and organizations where processes either didn't exist, or were broken. I created YourPM with my personal experiences in mind, understanding and capturing what it takes to fulfill contractual obligations with as little loss, stress and mismanagement as possible.

How long does setup take?​
You can start the same day — sign up, add your team, and run new jobs immediately; no data migration required to get going. If you want your history brought over (past projects, financials, client lists), that's an optional one-time onboarding service, scoped and priced by how much you have — a year of records is a small package, decades is a larger one.

Do I need to keep QuickBooks?
No. YourPM has full accounting built in — a double-entry ledger, invoicing, and payments — so you're not running QuickBooks alongside it. We help bring your existing financial data over during onboarding.

Do my technicians need training?
Not really. Techs use a simple field view — clock in with GPS, see their assigned job, and mark progress. The deeper tools (estimating, accounting, scheduling) live with your office roles and follow the way you already work.

Is there a seat limit?
No. You pay $25/seat whether you're 5 users or 50 — same transparent rate. Larger teams that want volume pricing, dedicated support, or custom integrations can talk to us about Enterprise.
